Minutes of the Meeting

Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees

8 February 2021

Present:  Robin Marra; and via Zoom: Dick Goettle, Beth Lorenz, and Brian Doerpholz (Alternate).

Robin Marra called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM.

Dick Goettle discussed an offer from Dennis Wright to paint the fence posts and rails gratis, subject only to acknowledgment of a $1,200 fair market value contribution.  Dick further informed the Board that Mr. Wright does not expect his offer to have any bearing on the painting bids that will be decided at the March 1^st meeting.

Dick Goettle motioned to accept this offer and issue the requested acknowledgement upon completion of the project.  Motion was seconded by Beth Lorenz and approved unanimously by Trustees present.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:38 PM.
