Minutes of the Special Meeting

Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees

26 July, 2021

Present:  Trustees Robin Marra, Beth Lorenz and Pam Troccia.  Also in attendance were Alternate Trustees Brian Doerpholz and Cathie Talbert.

Robin Marra called the meeting to order at 5:48 in the Quick Meeting Room of the Library and moved to nominate Kate Thomas for NHLTA’s Director of the Year award.  Beth Lorenz made a motion to approve that request and was seconded by Brian Doerpholz.  The motion was approved by all Trustees in attendance.

The Trustees discussed a few minor changes that would need to be made before sending the final nomination in to the NHLTA.  Brian Doerpholz made a motion to approve the nomination, as edited.  The motion was seconded by Beth Lorenz and approved by all Trustees in attendance.

It was noted that the August meeting of the Library Board of Trustees will be held at 5:45 p.m. on August 9, 2021 and the September meeting of the Board will be held at 5:45 p.m. on September 13, 2021.

A motion was made by Robin Marra to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and seconded by Pam Troccia.  The motion was approved by all Trustees present.
