Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees
April 4, 2016

Present:  J. Nicholas Noyes, Barbara Green, Richard Mays, Director Kate Thomas, Susan Curtin (Guest)  Absent: Dick Goettle, Gail Landy

The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm in the library meeting room.

The Trustees reviewed and signed the manifest.

March 7, 2016 meeting minutes were approved.

The Circulation Policy and Code of Conduct were reviewed and discussion will continue at the May 2, 2016 board meeting.

The Board gave Director Thomas permission to explore Biblionix as an alternative to our current software contractor, as the present contract comes up for renewal soon.

Michelle Davis’s proposal to offer yoga at the library was reviewed and tabled for further discussion at the May 2, 2016 board meeting.
