Absent : Nancy Woodward

The meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm by Trustee Chair Nick Noyes. The Trustees discussed a reply to the Selectmen’s February 2, 2016 letter to the Trustees.

Meeting was adjourned at 3:50pm
