We approved the December 12, 2011 minutes.

Joanne is not going to run for the board again. Richard will become the treasurer.

The new computers will be arriving this month. Susan is looking for a new computer tech.

Joanne presented the year end treasurer’s report. She also reported that Carl Gravina recommended 2 possible mutual funds for the Elizabeth Massin Memorial Fund. A conservative fund yield would be about 5%. Further discussion of this next month.

Susan has completed the employee evaluations. She recommended a merit pay increase for Kathleen Packard. Susan and Barbara will meet with town selectmen about this increase which is already in the budget.

Sandra McGuinness has requested being considered for an art show. Susan has asked her to submit photos of her work.

The town report submission is due at the end of January.

Public budget hearing is Thursday, February 9.

The trustees signed the manifest and the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.

The next meeting will be Monday, February 6 at 6 PM.
