We had an emergency meeting to discuss an issue about the Locke Collection that Susan brought to our attention. Susan had learned that the collection was being offered for sale in Hawaii. Nick Noyes called the seller’s agent and obtained information on how to contact her client. We decided that Nick Noyes will seek legal counsel. We are gathering information.

We adjourned the meeting at 3:46 PM.
