At 3:00 PM Dick Goettle moved that the trustees go into a nonpublic session per RSA 91-A:3, paragraph ll(e), in consideration of pending claims of litigation..
Richard Mays seconded the motion.

At 3:55 PM Richard Mays moved that the trustees end the nonpublic session and per RSA 91-A:3, paragraph III and seal the minutes.
