Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees
9 October 2018

Present: Dick Goettle, Barbara Green, Ann McEntee. Nick Noyes, Sue Curtin (alternate), Trish Toomey (alternate) and Library Director Kate Thomas

Nick Noyes called the meeting to order at 5:10 PM in the Quick Meeting Room of the Library.

The minutes of the October 1st, 2018 Trustee meeting were reviewed; Nick put forth a motion, seconded by Barbara Green, to approve the minutes. Motion carried.

Nick put forth a motion, seconded by Barbara, that the three Walpole Savings Bank accounts (Book, Office Equipment and E. Massin Memorial Funds) be co-mingled into a single Fidelity Investments Money Market Account and that book and equipment costs be tracked separately. Motion carried.

Dick Goettle led the review of the second draft of the proposed 2019 budget.

The Trustees reviewed and discussed the CIP proposals. It was agreed that more preliminary planning for the use of the second floor must be completed before submitting a CIP proposal.

Dick put forth a motion, seconded by Nick, that the meeting adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
